Spinning has been a part of my workout routine since high school when I used to attend indoor cycling classes during the winter to keep in shape for lacrosse season. When I went off to college it became a great stress release, fun social outlet, and a way for me to really push myself to meet new fitness goals and remain a competitive runner and triathlete. I have three years of instructing experience at my college's fitness center. In my sessions I like to create an upbeat, positive environment, where there is always an opportunity for you to challenge yourself. I'm always switching up music and routines to keep you on your toes. Be prepared to face some hills and intervals, and most importantly - come prepared to sweat!
