Caitlin has been teaching fitness classes since 2008 including spin, weights, and yoga. She has a passion for curating playlists that are uplifting, unique, fun, and soulful. Her classes are road-style inspired so you can expect climbs, sprints, rolling hills, and jumps sprinkled in. When she's not teaching, she is works as a clinical dietitian, always planning her next outdoor adventure, and spends time with her husband and dog, Yogi. She is judgment-free and enjoys getting to know her riders- so don't be shy--chat her up after class!
