Colleen fell in love with indoor cycling in college as a cross training workout during the off-season. After years of fitness fads that have come and gone, indoor cycling has remained and has been a consistent part of her workouts now as a mother of 2 crazy boys! Many women wonder what types of exercise they can do pre/post natal and indoor cycling gives women a great low-impact workout that can be catered to her individual effort level.
