Kristen took her first indoor cycling class while studying School Psychology in graduate school. While it wasn’t necessarily love at first bike, she was quickly hooked on the challenging and invigorating ride. After becoming certified in 2012, Kristen began teaching in the Boston area and has been ever since.
STYLE NOTES: Expect a more traditional spin class that includes sprints, hills, and jumps, and a wide variety of music. Emphasis on perceived rate of exertion and heart rate training. Perfect for any level of rider. Kristen will certainly challenge you but will always encourage and motivate as well along the way!
