A healthy lifestyle of course requires exercise (which is one of many reasons that we love to ride!), but another hugely important component is nutrition.
Your nutrition choices impact literally every single thing that you do. Learning to implement even the most basic nutrition concepts can totally change your energy, body shape, and overall health and longevity. Unfortunately, nutrition is often misunderstood thanks to fad diets and pop culture. ..So we're here to help!
Nutrition coaching will help you finally take the stress out of eating and create habits that serve your goals, including but not limited to:

How does it work?
You can expect the following in this 30-minute consultation session:
-We will review and discuss your Initial Assessment Packet, which is very thorough and will take you about 15 minutes to complete (you will get this via email before your scheduled time)
-We will discuss your goals around nutrition and pinpoint your areas of struggle
-Kate will explain basic nutrition guidelines that you can start implementing right away
-Kate will walk through how nutrition coaching works and what each step looks like
